Kingdom Juris™ operates under private ecclesiastical trust and spiritual association. By engaging with this site, accessing materials, or submitting donations, you agree to the following:
I. Private Membership Jurisdiction
1.All services, consultations, materials, and offerings are made exclusively to private members of Kingdom Juris and are not for public consumption.
2.Kingdom Juris is established as a Private Membership Association (PMA), operating in the private domain under common law, ecclesiastical law, and trust authority.
3.By accessing this site, making a donation, or receiving any materials, you are acknowledging your voluntary entry into private membership and waiving all public claims.
II. Non-Commercial Notice
1.Kingdom Juris is not a licensed legal, tax, or financial advisory firm.
2.Nothing offered should be construed as legal advice, financial services, or public commerce.
3.All educational material, coaching, and content are provided as private ministerial services and spiritual instruction.
III. Donation Terms
1.All financial exchanges are accepted as voluntary securities donations made in support of our private ministry trust and educational mission.
2.No “products” or “services” are sold. Rather, members are given access to materials in exchange for spiritual and educational contributions.
3.These donations are non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted.
IV. Jurisdictional Disclaimer
1.By continuing to use this site, you agree that all interactions occur in the private, non-commercial domain, outside the jurisdiction of state or federal administrative agencies.
2.This is a faith-based educational fellowship, and all disputes shall be handled under private arbitration within the trust jurisdiction, not public courts.
